12V Xbox Fan Mod

Install an adapter to provide 12V power to the Xbox case fan.  This increases RPM, airflow and cooling.

Disconnect the power from the hard drive, connect the adapter between the power supply and the hard drive and then remove the fan connection from the mother board and connect it to the adapter.

When your done it looks like this.
